In order to be able to deliver your job on time at the best quality and price, there are certain policies that all jobs must adhere to or extra charges will apply.

• Files must be prepared properly for print in one of the following formats: High Resolution PDF, Adobe Illustrator or EPS Outlined, TIFF or Photoshop PSD.

• Most jobs require a minimum of three working days turnaround from the time of proof signoff.

• Returning signed proofs is the customer's responsibility

• A detailed purchase order or order form completely filled out is necessary before job can be started.

• All jobs will require a signed proof before production starts. All color jobs will have a full color proof, all others will require a signed fax or laser copy. If you do not require a proof from us you will be required to sign a release of liability waiver.

• All jobs are C.O.D. unless other arrangements have been made.

• Credit cards are an acceptable form of payment
